Can I order by phone?
Purchases can only be made through our website: www.shakaracouture.com or physically at our store located at 20A, Olubunmi Rotimi street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
What Payment options do I have?
Both local and international Payments can be made on our website using a valid Mastercard, Visa or Verve/Interswitch Debit/Credit card.
Payment can also be made via cash deposit or transfer into our bank account. Account details will be provided if this option is chosen at checkout. Kindly reference your order ID and Name on the payment transacation.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for delivery and an email notification will be sent to your provided email address during. The email will contain details of your order and expected date of delivery to your provided address.
How can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being shipped. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org if a mistake has been made on your order for us to rectify if possible or if you would like to cancel your order.
If the order has not been shipped, Shakara Couture will attempt to reverse the payment to the billed debit/credit card deducting any transaction fees incurred by us during the purchase. Shakara Couture reserves the right (where a reversal is not possible) not to refund but to transfer the received payment to store credit to be used for another purchase by you. Once an order has been shipped, a refund of any payment made will not be possible.
Can I return or exchange any purchased item(s)?
We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any items purchased and already shipped to the buyer.
Who will be deliver my order?
Shakara Couture will deliver via courier service using United Postal Service. Your shipping cost can be calculated for you prior to check out based on your provided address. There is also standard packaging and handling fee applied to all delivery orders as well. A tracking number will be sent once your delivery is shipped if applicable to your order.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. The option of a store pick-up is available at checkout. Pick-up will be at our store location during open hours only.
A clothing Item I want does not have my size available or is ‘Out of Stock’, can I custom order?
Yes. Kindly send an email to email@example.com with your requested Item(s) and size. Where possible, the item(s) can be custom ordered. The details and completion time of the proposed custom order will be communicated via email and processed once payment is confirmed.
How do I know what size to order?
Kindly refer to our size guide and compare to your measurements to determine which of our sizes would suit you.
